Where we came from
Partners On Country was born from a shared vision: to create real, lasting opportunities for First Nations people On Country. We recognised the need to bridge gaps in workforce participation and economic inclusion, understanding that sustainable change comes from empowering communities with culturally informed, Indigenous-led solutions.
Our foundation is rooted in partnership, respect and a commitment to supporting meaningful local employment that honours connection to Country and culture.
We’re a proud joint venture between On Country Business, Indigenous-owned and led business group who are leaders in Indigenous engagement and AWX, labour hire and workforce management business.
By combining expertise and experience in Indigenous engagement with national reach and recruitment expertise, we strengthen local communities through better access to impactful employment.
