Apprenticeships &  Traineeships

We’re committed to creating pathways for First Nations talent. Through apprenticeships and traineeships, we provide opportunities that build skills, grow careers and strengthen connection to community.

Earn while you learn

Our apprenticeships and traineeships create pathways for First Nations talent to build skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications, all while earning an income.

Alongside on-the-job training, you’ll receive the same benefits as other employees, including annual leave and superannuation, supporting both your career journey and your future.

Pathways that work for you

The process

Recrutiment

We start by getting to know you. From your application and skills assessment through to reference checks, our focus is on matching you with the right opportunity that supports your career journey.

Induction

We’ll confirm your pay and benefits, provide workplace health and safety training, and make sure you’re equipped with everything you need. You’ll also meet your team and become familiar with your new workplace.

Training

As you move through your apprenticeship or traineeship, your Training Program Manager will support you every step of the way, answering questions, monitoring your plan and ensuring your safety so you have the guidance you need to succeed.

Completion

Once you’ve met all requirements, your qualifications are formalised and we’ll help you plan your next steps with confidence.
